Cranberry Communications streamlined their business with vehicle tracking from Satmo.
Cranberry Communications are a telecoms company based in Norfolk, but cover the whole of the UK. They install and maintain telephone systems for businesses, so their engineers and sales team are out on the road a large percentage of the time. They have 3 cars and 1 van.
What was the problem?
The staff and management team at Cranberry needed to be able to see where their drivers were so that they could update customers with an ETA and divert the nearest engineer to a call-out if necessary. They also needed a way of accurately calculating personal fuel for their employees.
Why vehicle tracking as a solution?
The vehicle tracking solution from Satmo gave them exactly what they wanted and more. It fulfilled both of their requirements and also gave them features they hadn’t even thought about.
